Even before changing diets, I hadn't been eating at Burger King all that much. Used to be I was there all the time. Then I backed off. Eventually I noticed feeling a lot better outside of the 12 hours following a Whopper.

I was on the phone until 7:00, and then @dragonjaze worked on getting our new freezer into the basemest past 8:00, so dinner had to be takeout. I chose to get a couple Whoppers. I was bad: I forgot that they'd come with catsup, and I ate it all anyway, including the tomatoes. I wonder what effect that will have. My sugar before breakfast this morning was up at 97, although it's been on a rising trend recently anyway after a falling trend a couple weeks ago.

Sorry, King, I won't be going back that often. Where are you getting your beef? Do you have E. Coli specially added? All things considered broiling should be better than frying, but McDonald's doesn't do the things you do to my body.

215.4 Wednesday morning. I'm too lazy to check whether that's even up or down from last week, but I know it's not much. Should have done measurements Wednesday too, but too busy with work. I'll get them in four weeks, just because it's right before I head back for my next checkup.
